Location: Kizingo is located on the long and beautifully deserted beaches on the southern tip of Lamu Island. Great sunrises, sunsets and the place to be for full moon.
Description: Small, exclusive comfortable beach lodge with lounge and dining area serving exotic seafoods and Swahili dishes.
Accommodation: Six bandas on the sea front and are constructed of palm woven matting and local materials, en suite, with spacious shower, eco-flush-toilet and solar heated hot fresh water. Large verandah with swinging hammock bed.
Hosts: Members of Van Aardt Family.
Meal Plans: Full board.
Getting there:
Out of Jomo Kenyatta main International Airport:
Fly 540: twice a day to lamu via at Malindi - at 10.30am and at 4pm
Out of Wilson Airport:
Safari Link: once a day - at 2pm
Air Kenya: once a day - at 2pm
Activities: Explore the 12 kilometre beach, safe swimming in the sea and great relaxation.

Cycling on mainland; bird and bush walks; visits to Lamu Town and local community.
Kuzi Monsoon (May to October):
Fishing – creek. Deep sea fishing can be arranged and with luck, hump back whales may be sighted.
Kaskazi Monsoon (November to April):
Swimming with dolphins; beach fishing with fly rods; course fishing; deep-sea and creek; snorkeling; scuba diving can also be arranged.
